WHO I AM
I have been a lawyer since 2004 and have practiced primarily in Ventura County, California.
I am the Vice President of Women Lawyers of Ventura County, a Past- President of the Ventura County Bar Association and the Immediate Past- President of the Jerome H. Berenson Inns of Court. I am a member of the Collaborative Divorce Advisors of Southern California and the Ventura County Bar Family Law Section. I also volunteer with the Ventura County Legal Aid.
I am a past Chair of the California Young Lawyers Association, part of the California State Bar. I am a past American Bar Association (ABA) Young Lawyer District Representative (YLD) of Southern California where I served as a liaison between the state/local bar associations and the ABA YLD as well as handled the Disaster Legal Services under the ABA YLD's contract with FEMA.
I received my law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. I have three children (9, 7 and 3 months) and enjoy traveling and wine tasting.
2022 Readers' Choice and Super Lawyer
I was a finalist in the 2022 Readers' Choice through the Ventura County Star for best divorce lawyer. Clunen and Oakman was also a finalist for the best law firm.
I was named a Southern California Super Lawyer in 2023 and 2024.
