We work for you. We come to you!
Britton Law Group, P.C. offers high quality legal services while cultivating strong relationships with our clients and focusing on convenience and accessibility.
What we do:
• Wills and Trusts
• Powers of Attorney
• Medical Directives
• Trust Administration
We are a mobile law office, meaning we meet at your home, office, care facility or anywhere private that is most convenient for you, and at any time- including weeknights and weekends. If a Skype meeting or email exchanges are more convenient, we can communicate that way as well. Each representation is tailored to the client’s specific needs and schedule. Our in-home services benefit homebound seniors, busy professionals and families alike, whether you have trouble leaving the house due to a medical issue or your schedule is packed because of your career or young children.
We also serve clients throughout the state of California with our virtual services. We can work together through phone, email and Skype meetings. Documents are approved by the client via PDF and once finalized, are mailed with instructions for signing and notarizing.
How Business Creates Value:
Brittany blends emotional insight and legal expertise to offer a contemporary approach to estate planning. She believes that a client who understands the ins and outs of the law is an empowered and satisfied client. Brittany always explains the law in plain english, approaches each situation with a creative and compassionate eye, and truly enjoys getting to know the families she works with. Starting her own practice allowed Brittany the opportunity to create a unique business model and provide the convenience and affordability most law firms are unable to offer their clients.
California Green Business Program
Britton Law Group, P.C. is committed to completing the requirements to be a California certified Green Business. (link: www.greenbusinessca.org) We have an Environmental Policy covering recycling, toxics reductions, environmentally preferable purchasing and resource conservation. Specifically, we:
• Drive electrical vehicles
• Employ electronic billing (paper bills available upon request)
• Use recycled printer paper
• Only make electronic copies of original documents
• Recycle printer cartridges
• Properly dispose of e-Waste
We will continue to learn more about how we can reduce our carbon footprint and help our clients do the same. The legal profession is known for being extremely wasteful with paper and we are working to change that model and run our firm as a modern sustainably-minded business.
