Great article I like the idea of the of the professional bartenders and servers at an office party to monitor their drinking , Drinking had to be monitored do know one gets s DUI and have to hire a lawyer. I have s friend that got one and it cost her a lot of money and time .

I am new to networking and not comfortable approaching people or making small talk after the initial “Hi, how are you?” I don’t know how to introduce my business without feeling like I’m being pushy. But I stumbled on a great little ploy recently, I ask the person I just met, what their business is and then I listen. And courtesy usually makes them reciprocate and ask ME who I’m with and what I do. It’s great, because now I”m just answering a question, not forcing myself on someone who doesn’t want to know me.

Good Day Kelli, I have visited a couple of chapters recently and will be making a decision to join one in the next week. I have a question regarding offering incentives as you have described. My question Is this; is it cool to offer incentives to fellow team members? Thank you for your time.

Can you give us some tips on:
#1. How to make it about the other person? What are some clever questions to ask? Some good convo starters?
#3. What plan should I have for my next networking event?
#4. What are some examples of connecting conversations?
#5. What are some clever / good ways to approach new people?
Thank you.

I like that you said that it’s best to leave your business cards with the vendors that you’re hiring and to know more about them. A close friend of mine mentioned that he’d like to find a vendor supplier. He said that he wanted to keep a good communication with them, so I’ll ask him to make sure that the vendors that he will hire know how to contact him. Thanks!

My name is Isaiaria Moreland i went to met and greet at the olive garden in duncanville texas. I was very impressed by Kimberly Evans introduction of money 101, but what i read online is a little confusing. Chapter members, team members, directors etc. Sales and networking, how are these things online connected with interest income and afac’s mother company on steroids.
I AM INTERESTED. I WILL BE IN DALLAS TEXAS FEB. 26TH(my morning is free until 130pm), 2019. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SETUP AMEETING WITH YOU THEN? bmctutor@yahoo.com, thank you.

Excellent tip. It saves you time: believe it or not. At meetings you will typically get information before it’s released to others, by taking notes you are able to help others in case there are questions in regards to the information just released. And can also be beneficial to you as you may need to refer back to the information provided.
Note taking is an excellent tool.

Consistency is another critical trait, perhaps even more important than anything else. A great deal of consistency can compensate for the lack of many other attributes. A person who’s able to stay consistent long enough is almost guaranteed to succeed.

Recently, I was launching a business development platform, and, along the way,
it seemed like everything was going wrong… every day it was something.
It even started to feel personal.
Demons? Karma? A past-life problem? Stinkin’ thinkin’?
My crash-landing into this world…
What?!?
Right then, I had a revelation that I thought you might appreciate.
In real estate, we know that the most important consideration is location.
Location. Location.
When venture capitalists and angel investors invest in companies,
the most important thing they look for is management.
Management. Management.
For achieving success, you’ll hear it over and over again…
the number one attribute of successful people is Persistence.
Persistence. Persistence.
There’s more…
